Kel stands at 5'9", weighing just over 200 lbs. He appears to be slightly over weight, though his added size is due more to muscle tone, than fat. His long silver hair is neatly tied back into a short ponytail, with the top meticulously trimmed, and the front spiked up. He is always seen in public wearing expensive suits, and when not in a suit, even his more common "casual" clothing is extravagant.

Personality
Kel is very creative and promotional, and works intensely to carry out plans. Though Kel has limitless enthusiasm for new ventures, he looses interest quickly once things become routine, as he dislikes being forced to attend to detail and do monotonous work.
Hobbies
Kel greatly enjoys games of intelligence and tactics. His masterful command of such games has lost him many friends. Kel's other love is his marksmanship. He prides himself on both his speed, and proficency, with his custom twin handguns.
